Terms of Service

TAT:

  • I work IRL, so TAT may be much larger than stated!

  • Chibi - up to 2 weeks

  • Sketch - up to 3 weeks.

  • Reference Sheet - up to 1.5 month (depends on the number of elements in the picture and complexity).

  • Sketch Page - up to 1.5 month (depends on the number of elements in the picture and complexity).

  • Trades - up to 1-2 months

  • "Make in five days or less" or priority - + 10 - 25$.

RULES:

  • Don't erase my signature!

  • Don't trace/steal art!

  • No refunds!

  • If you decided to cancel the order/trade during the custom/art, I also have every right to make this character for sale or make as an YCH. You also have no right for this sketch/custom!!!

PAYMENT:

  • Chibi and some sketches with 100% payment before sketch.

  • Regular art 50/50 payment before and after sketch.

  • • Payment through PayPal or Kofi (there may be a % to pay through this platform as there is a fee involved)!

  • I want to warn right away that PayPal gives my account only payment, as for "friends and relatives"! This is all because of the country in which wallet was created, as we were only allowed to accept donations, not money for goods! Your card will not be blocked, as they consider it a donation to my country, so you don't have to worry about it being blocked!

  • Additional platforms I accept: PayPal of my relative (there it is possible to pay as a product, but then the price for the commission will be increased to cover the fee)

  • The currency I accept: $, €, £ and CAD $

  • All currency is calculated at the exchange rate.

ADDITIONAL:

  • Commercial use - +50%

  • Extra objects - +5-40 $ (depends on the complexity).

  • Additional version - +5-10 $ each (depends on the complexity & type).

  • Big fixes after the sketch stage (pose) - +10$ for each.

  • Small fixes (if I made a mistake on your character design) - free.

  • Little edits if you want to correct something in a middle of the work (clean sketch/lineart, color) - 5$ per one edit.

  • Big edits at the final stage - 10$ per one edit.
